3. Draw up word tables to explain how tables (with fields, data types), queries and forms could be used to provide a solution.
Tables within a database organise and categorizes information though the diagram above shows the information categorised but not in order. The items on the table are not shown in alphabetical order, artist order or song order like in table two which show the song order in alphabetical order.


Queries are useful in finding data within forms and present them within a table. In the image of the parameter query if a band or artist is typed in then their information, i.e. songs, albums, genres and so on are viewed like in image 2, the band Paramore was typed into the query and all there information was pulled out.


Forms are used to store information or data. This data is then used to access information on certain data through queries. In form 1 it is the image of the data of the Red Jumpsuit Apparatus and their song, album image and song sample. Queries, Forms and Tables can be used to create solutions as they all can access information. Tables are used to view the information and can provide a solution for someone who is searching for specific information by using a query. Forms help store the data, which holds a solution for a certain query. Queries are great to access information that cannot be found, from simple navigation methods.
